Flow limitation -- something to worry about my values?
Dear hose addicts,
my flow limitations are consistently at Min = 0, Med = 0, 95% = 0.1 and Max = 0.2. I do not worry about these values. Should I? Mike

No, nothing to worry about.
Look at your FL graph. The range is from 0 to 1, with 1 being the worse. You are at the low end.

Do you have RERAs showing on your daily charts? If not then no, if so then maybe depending on the frequency of occurance

My machine doesn’t record RERA.

How do you feel? If you are feeling good and refreshed, don’t worry about them.

Bear in mind that 95% values mean 95% at OR BELOW. In your place, as others have suggested, I'd just go by how I feel.

Your machine records RERA’s. If you don’t see any it’s because you’ve never had any. I get them occasionally and they are in my event list.

First of all, I'm feeling fine and enjoy every night with my mask. My AHI usually is below 0.5.
But: my machine doesn't record RERA, I'm living in Europe and the European firmware shows no RERA. The "For Her" machine does, but mine not. Definitely. Mile
