Which vendor/clinic to use for a home sleep study? Out-of-state OK.
I may want to get a home sleep study, I just need to get an idea of my AHI over a few nights, to see if some interventions I've been doing are having any effect. I don't need a lab study. In the past, I borrowed a gadget from a dentist, use it for a few nights, and then got the results back. I'd like to do this as cheaply as possible, I don't mind working with someone in another state and borrowing the gadget by mail.
I do not have insurance, so I will be paying for this out-of-pocket. Any recommendations?

We do have an overnight Sleep Test List you can look over for comparison.
We don't recommend any particular one over the other. The list is there for convenience only. Yes, they are a cheaper way to go, but if you want something even simpler or cheaper, you may want to check back with your Doctor or Dentist for advice. Also, here is a wiki article explaining the testing types: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...ng_-_Types I am a little confused as you list an S9 in your profile. Are you not using that machine?

Thanks! I have an S9, but am trying various modalities to reduce or eliminate the need for it.
