The DreamMapper software is a feel-good app that does not provide any detailed informational data to support any analysis. Please download OSCAR, the link is in the name or use the link in the black ribbon at the top of every page. OSCAR, along with using your CPAP's SD card that contains detailed sleep data, you will have a very detailed synopsis of your sleep. Presenting OSCAR's Daily Screen here will allow us to answer your question. For help in setting up OSCAR and arranging your graphs for display, please review the links in my signature. One note; You will see a program named, SleepyHead, this was the predecessor to OSCAR. So when you see the word "SleepyHead", please think of it as an old spelling of "OSCAR".
