Why is my screen stuck in therapy mode?
Normally when I wake up in the morning, my Airsense 10 screen would show the sleep report with information on my AHI, mask seal etc. But every now and then, it would only display the therapy screen with a pressure bar and I can't get it to display the sleep report. I have tried solving the problem by turning off the power for half an hour. This morning I noticed a lock icon on the top right of the therapy screen as well as an icon showing the water is being heated. But I'm not using the machine. I've taken off my mask. The water chamber feels cool to the touch. I can get to settings but not the normal sleep report. What am I doing wrong?
