Why the difference?

Why the difference?
This whole chart is actually set 16/22 PS-1.8 (My machine takes a day to correctly register any reset).
A ReLeaf sleep aid is being used.  A 'P' break is the reason for the 2-parts. Promptly went back to sleep..
Question is: "Why the difference as nothing was changed between the first and second segments- both of which are similar length?"

And, perhaps, different sleep stages, like REM.

Good to see you back! For you, these look like pretty darn good results. If you tolerated pressure support, we could work on some of that flow limit that seems to be behind the events, but as you know, you're optimized in that regard and higher PS will just trigger CA. So all considered, looks pretty good. How are you feeling with the bilevel therapy these days?

zzzZorro, if by 'reset' you mean changing pressure settings, your machine should register the change same day as long as you don't make the change after the machine has been run after noon.

No, that's how it is working- thinking it was the last time change that I just changed SH's time adjustment (like it said not to for DST changes) instead of trying how to figure it out to do the right way Unsure

For sure Good Buddy, that was the worst since 8/22 (a month) best has been 0.64 (at 16/22 ps+2) and during that period there were 7 sub-1's.  The same settings will just fluctuate AHI's and changes may/may not improve anything.. then they will bounce around also.  My LVEF improved to 50 which would make me eligible for an ASV but now that I'm almost always sub-5 AHI having to suffer through another sleep study and deal more goat-roping antics I just decided to cancel my last appointment with the sleep doc and go with what I got.

For whatever reason, and I do not usually dream at all, I had a couple short unpleasant dreams back to back  but I don't recall if it was in the second or third segment-  If I had to guess I'd say the second.
I'm sure a clinical psychologist (the guys who tell you what you never knew) would be able to detail all that for me Oh-jeez

..Wonder if EERS set up would do anything for my case?
