Exclaimation Will be DELETING old Private Messages prior to Jan 1, 2013 [COMPLETED]
HEADS UP NOTICE:

To cut down on database space and server overhead, this coming Friday, March 13th, 2015, I will be deleting ALL old Private Messages that were sent or received prior to January 1, 2013.

This probably won't affect many people here unless you've been a member here for over 2 years.

If you would like to SAVE any of your own private messages
that were sent or received by you before Jan 1, 2013, simply go to your Private Message area, open your PM Inbox or Sent Items box, open up any message(s) you'd like to save, and forward them to yourself as a new PM message. That forwarded message will then go into your Inbox and it will have a date-stamp of today, preventing it from being deleted in this cleanup effort.

This cleanup has no effect upon forum posts or threads, only private messages you've personally sent or received from others.

Thanks.

Coffee

Hey, SS , you forgot the cardinal rule about never making major changes to any system on a Friday, the 13th! Whistle Whatever could go wrong, will definitely happen on such a day.

That settles it, then. Mr. Murphy shall die this Friday the 13th. Jason, are you paying attention?

I'll assume the responsibility and take on the task of being the Mr. Murphy doer-inner........... I'll make a note. So.......Friday the 13th.................. Now where did I put my procrastinators calendar? Hmmm, that's odd, I saw it just last January.

By the way, if you have messages you want to keep, after you forward them back to yourself, create a special folder to keep them in. That way they don't get lost and any future ones you want to keep you can move there, too.

Really whacky horror movie spoof. "Saturday the 14th". I tried to watch it 2 times and each time, some big natural disaster happened where I was. Seriously. Horrific thunderstorm that knocked out power and the 2nd was a tornado that wiped out Middlesboro KY in 1988. Finally picked a sunny, wonderful day, no bad weather forecast for a week. No disaster happened! Yay!
