Will upping my pressure mess with my compliance

RE: Will upping my pressure mess with my compliance
In my area, getting an appointment with a sleep doc within 30 days is almost impossible - unless you do it before you leave the office and the doc tells the staff it MUST be done. So, when you schedule the 30 day, might as well schedule the second one within 90. I have learned from experience that my doc runs about 2 months out for regular appointments. If necessary, get with your GP and then have them work the 30 day appt as they can usually do things faster. My did it for an ear inflection as my sleep doc is also my ENT. Doc pressed on Friday, had the appt on Mon.

Compliance is something to do with how many hours you're using the machine to meet insurance requirement

As for pressure increase, you've an AutoSet, why not set the machine on "AutoSet" mode 10-14
The machine only increase pressure in response to obstructive events , not central events ... win win situation

Thanks Zonk, after setting my machine from a straight 12 CPAP to a 10-14 APAP my AHI have settled down to below 2. Great advice, much appreciated
