We things went bad right off - the tech doing the install said it was a "dual" line service (two 25 Mb/s lines) and that he had to move my line back at the junction panel to a different pair because the dual service needs two lines with adjacent IDs, and the line next to my current one was not available. Fine. So, the provisioning back at the computer apparently got screwed up and didn't work - took the tech about a hour to get that cleared up.
The for the next two weeks every now and then we would lose the connection and have to call it, they would fiddle on their end and we were back online. After about 2 weeks we got tire of the issues and asked to be downgraded back to our 25 Mb/s service that had been so reliable.
Guess what, it is no longer reliable, apparently the "new" lines the tech connected us to at the problem - I KNOW that you should never fix something that isn't broken - it seemed safe to "try" the new service - that will teach me.
