Can you find out the exact model number of your Machine: PR System One & then update your profile?

It will make things much easier to help you.

You can get information on how to identify you model here.
Model Number

If you're not sure which CPAP model you have, please go to our CPAP Pictures Page to identify your machine.

You will find the exact model on the bottom of your machine but make sure to Remove the Humidifier first.

This is my model tag.

That should probably say "Remove the water tank first." Removing the humidifier is also possible, but unnecessary.

Get the free SleepyHead software here.

I could see someone absent mindedly turning the machine upside down to look at the bottom and forgetting that there's water in there.

Not that I've ever done that. Wink

Back when I was a potter, it was common thing for us to turn plates, bowls, mugs upside down to see who made it. Friend of mine picked up a full cup of hot coffee and turned it over in her lap.
