They noted 15 total apneas + hypopneas.

You slept 260.5 minutes.

260.5 / 60 = 4.34 hrs

15 apneas / 4.34 hrs = 3.5 AHI

If they would have counted 22 apneas, then you would have an AHI of > 5 and that would have supported a diagnosis of Sleep Apnea.

Also, at the bottom, they counted "arousals". You had 15 apnea events, but 10 respiratory arousals.
