Your thoughts?

RE: Your thoughts?
Update to EPR!

I took Sleeprider's advice and increased my EPR setting from 1 to 2 on my ResMed 10! It did make quite a difference on how I feel! To be honest it felt as if the machine was off at some point while I was falling asleep! I slept 8:26.02 with no disturbances! AHI was 0.8  Sleeprider, as you suggested my Flow rate under 0.06 would be ideal and with the EPR set at 2 I wound up with a flow rate of 0.05 and do feel great this morning! I am really satisfied with my numbers and this last adjustment has really made me feel like the time I spent to learn about Oscar, my machine and my condition were well worth it! Again, thank you for your time and your assistance! I look forward to many many more nights of great sleep!

Glad to hear your results met expectations. EPR is a really amazing tool that Resmed gives us. It is under-rated as a comfort feature, and really gives us a therapeutic tool to fine-tune therapy.

RE: Your thoughts?
I changed my EPR to 3 with little change! The only thing now is I feel like I am starving for air! I know it's a CO2 issue! My APAP pressures are 11-15, will raising the minimum to 12 make a difference?

RE: Your thoughts?
Joe, what mask are you using? The P10 has had problems with a clogged expiration vent in the past. Please let us know what mask you are using and what your cleaning routine is for it as that can contribute to malfunctions.
