ZERO AHI First time
Well I guess miricals can happen for those who are patient and persistant.
First time I hit ZERO AHI.
Previous day was 0.12. One H in over 8 hours of sleep. WOW.

Good job!

Mine seems to hover between zero and 1.5 these days. It's nice to get to this point.

I think many of us can if we just spend the time to enjoy the therapy for what it can do, and adjust to it as best we can. But even those that are stuck around 5 or so are doing really great.

It's really a good feeling to see how well people do after spending a little time around here and learning to care for their bodies.

I had few zeros, most nights below 0.5, 8 hours of sleep is fantastic
Well done

Congratulations! I'm yet to see a zero AHI, but I live in hope.

You need to watch out for leaks though. Your leaks are pretty high, which is pushing the pressure up to maximum. If you can control the leaks you'll achieve an even more restful sleep at a lower pressure.

bwexler using PR machines
Resmed machine report unintentional leak, anything above 24 L/m considered bad leak
PR machines report total leak, bad leak would be something 50 L/m and above
Leak rate graph shows a spike but only for a small amount of time, might be a bit of mouth breathing
Statistics little box next to leak shows:
'Detected mask leakage including natural mask leakages (L/M) W-Avg , 24.71'

actually, as pointed out, his leaks are quite low, also, the idea that leaks cause pressure to go up is also incorrect, the machines will LOWER pressure in an attempt to get the mask to reseal.

robysue has written some good pieces on this.

Quite correct - I missed the fact Bwexler is using a PR machine. Apologies.

It seems I always score some events between the time I wake up and the time I turn the machine off. Perhaps I could record a lower AHI by quickly turning the machine off anytime I awaken. Assuming I can find the machine quickly.Thinking-about Hmmm...
