Addysnan, the new charts make a lot more sense now that we can see the correct settings. I think the soft cervical collar looks like a good solution for you to possibly reduce the clusters of hypopnea. I think you need to increase minimum EPAP from 4.0 to 5.0 or more likely 6.0. Your current median EPAP is in the range of 6-8 cm. We might as well give it a head start.

Thanks Sleeprider, yes I will try n get a collar next day or so and alsoI see what you mean with Epap min, will give it a go and post back in a few days. So very much appreciate everyones advice. Thanks

You're welcome. I too would say bump EPAP Min to 5-6. I think this Respironics ASV would help more in reducing Hypopnea and other events by starting there instead of 4.
