Persistant night waking - Oscar results help please
Hi there,

It would be amazing if someone could interpret my Oscar results.

A bit of background: I have been battling night wake insomnia for past a 5 years and have finally done an overnight sleep study (diagnosed with AHI 11) and have been given an APAP machine. I consistently wake at either approximately 1 am or 3 am. The results posted for last night are typical having slept solid until waking at approx 2.50am. The type of awakening is also pretty typical for me being from a random disturbing/distorted dream and once awake the feeling that my skin/body is on fire and overheating.

The sleep specialist has given me the APAP trial in the hope that the waking might be caused by a breathing event.

Thanks for any insight.
Phil
