anyone else receive the wrong oximeter from #19?
#1
Question
anyone else receive the wrong oximeter from #19?
I ordered a CMS-50F but received an MD300W11.
The CMS-50F is rechargeable, the MD300W11 is not.
The CMS-50F has alarms, the MD300W11 does not.
The CMS-50F display appears better than the MD300W11.

Without realizing I had received the wrong product, I used it last night. I wonder if #19 will exchange.

BTW - the model is not mentioned on the outside of the box; but, I now see there's a photo that could have been a clue if I was looking for it.

Edited: OP said #18 but it was #19.

RE: anyone else receive the wrong oximeter from #18?
did you order from #18 or #19? I just did a quick look at #18 and only saw 2 that they offer. At any rate, if you didn't get what you ordered, I would contact them about it. I haven't ordered from any of the suppliers as my insurance wouldn't cover them. Hope you get it fixed.

Good catch... It was #19. I edited my OP.
I have sent an email to them asking for a remedy.

I received a very kind response from #19. The correct unit will be sent out; and a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect unit.
Just a mixup in shipping.

glad they are taking care of it. Mistakes happen as we are humans and not infallible. If they fix it, that is what counts most. And, glad they are paying the postage for the return of the wrong unit.

I betcha they work on or add QC to their shipping too so it is good that customers give them feedback so they can fix their weaknesses.
