are there pulse oximeter synced CPAP/Bipap/sleep study devices?

Hi folks

I have been grappling with low oxygen saturation inspite of using Resmed VAuto Bipap. I had the following curious questions concerning Sleep Apnea and Sleep Study devices for folks on the board -

• Are there any Bipap devices that also have an attached pulse oximeter to measure oxygen saturation and report it. This could be helpful to see the oxygen sat data in sync with the bipap data on the same timeline
  
• Are there any at home sleep study devices that show oxygen saturation, flow rate, AHI events, respiratory rate. Which ones would you recommend as the top at home sleep study devices?

My machine (BMC G3) has a connection for a spo2 monitor but I don't have one (it's about £100 and ideally I didn't want more cables to get tangled in so got a wellvue instead) so can't comment on it's performance.
