I took 10mg of Ambien last night, turned off the ramp on my machine, tested the mask for proper airflow, laid down, and that's all I remember. I did manage to finally sleep for 5 1/2 hours on the machine with a few wakeups. I was able to go back to sleep each time!! I feel a little better today, no side effects, and ready to accomplish somethings I've been putting off!

Leak rate 14ml/MN and .08 AHI
Yeah!!!! Too-funnyDancing

YAY!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!! I'm so happy for you! Hope it keeps getting better and better.
