c-pap and medication

RE: c-pap and medication
I take klonopin, but my psychiatrist thinks the dose is not enough to affect my sleep apnea. I would work on getting compliant (able to use) your machine before anything else. I don't know why you're on benzos, but as PaulaO2 said you need to come off them under a doctors supervision and it can be a long process. Take one problem at a time. Machine first. You may find you start to lose weight when you start to regularly use the machine.
A DME is a durable medical equipment provider. Most of us get our machines and supplies from one.
It all sounds quite overwhelming right now, but you can take care of business. Good luck.

RE: c-pap and medication
I found the best way to loose weight was to do the following:
First 3 days eat a open hand ful of protein for the 3 meals only. Its hard, but it detoxis you
1/ Walk 10,000 steps a day - if you can
2/ Drink 2 to 3 litres of water per day
3/ Eat a protein based meals with vegies(not potato or kumera) or lots of salad with protein. Try scrambled eggs for brekkie.
4/ Eat a protein snack between meals, I have a 95kg can of tuna
5/ Stop eating carbs and sugar
after 3 weeks you should weigh yourself again. If weight is decreasing you can have 1 free day a week, but be careful on the carbs

Good luck hope this helps you in your weight
Happy sleeping
