can't exhale

RE: can't exhale
your profile says "nasal mask" but not which one. Is it truly a nasal mask (covers the entire nose) or nasal pillows (goes up the nostril) If nasal mask is correct, I have 0 xp and not much advice to offer. If however you are using nasal pillows, they get squishy after 2 weeks to 1 month use and don't allow air through properly - especially in smaller sizes. some tips:
  • replace pillows when squishy
  • wash after every use
  • use the largest size that is comfortable
  • try "positioning" them in the nostril to maximize airflow
  • try a higher epr/flex setting

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Yes and thankfully pillows are the cheapest part of the mask. I get about 3 months before I need to look into replacing them.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

also, make sure the vents are not clogged and that air can escape the mask properly. Once again, actual mask model would help in determining if yours is one of the model that commonly experiences issues with this.
