Most machines record in a single unit for everything (otherwise they'd have to keep track of the unit in each record), and then anything else is converted on display. So I'd expect PRS1 and Resmed to record in °C (being the standard metric unit of measure), and any display of °F to be derived from that.

But as mentioned above, evidently OSCAR doesn't have an option to convert to Farenheit currently.

It would have to be added to the Display Preferences, along with the conversion routine.

My str.edf file reports in degrees Celsius as well (and "units" are set to "C" in the file).

This being a medical device and the medical practice uses a metric based measurement system, it only seems correct that the temp would be in Celsius. Also, everything else is being reported in metric, like pressure. Am I missing something? Huh
