You should have gotten the basic manual. They remove the Clinicians manual, but you can get that here.

Not sure what you are asking...if you want to change the ramp start pressure, you can change it to start from 4 or closer to your minimum pressure.

If your 90% pressure is 16, a more efficient pressure range would be 14-20. Set ramp to start at 9.

You don't say what your AHI is.....watch for Clear Airways when raising pressure.

If you can post a screenshot of a typical night, we can give your more accurate answers.

To change the minimum pressure setting you must be in the clinician's set up menu, not the patient set up menu. Get the clinical manual for your machine. It will tell you how to get into the clinical set up menu and change the settings.

There's no prescription involved with a mask, so you can just contact the DME (durable medical equipment) people who provided your APAP machine.

You might want to ask people's opinion about whether or not a nasal mask will seal well at the treatment pressures you use.

I use a nasal mask and like it, but my treatment pressure is only 11.0 cm (fixed).

You might want to start a new thread to ask people.

Hi bigcat,
Ask your DME about trying a different mask, it's can be the hardest part of this therapy, so don't be shy about trying different ones, 'till you find the one that works for you.
Good luck finding a mask.
