The Dreamwear frame is more restrictive than the P30i/N30i frame per their flow data.
IF you tend to pinch off one tube when side-sleeping (and you may not), and feel air-starved when on your side, you may need to go up one step from what feels right on your side.
Remember, nothing disastrous happens if you try the wrong setting. Try it in your normal sleeping position and just see how it feels. Pay attention to what the mask is telling you, and pick the setting that feels most comfortable.
