I have had a few very successful nights using the Mirage Softgel Nasal mask with the Puresome Ruby chin strap. My AHI's for the past few nights have been: 1.6, .8 & .7! I haven't had dry mouth at all and my chin strap never slipped off. Last night I slept 10 hours and didn't wake up once! I think part of that could be because I had a procedure with general anesthesia yesterday. I have been sick so stopped trying the Liberty Hybrid or the Resmed Swift Nasal Pillows. I had a lot of leaks with the Mirage Quattro FF mask.

I have 2 more weeks to continue trying the Liberty Hybrid before my 30 day mask trial is over. I'll try it again tonight. I didn't like the pressure of air going up my nose. (Pressure 10-15cm).

Thank you for all your suggestions.
