eyes and face puffy
Does anyone have trouble with eyes being puffy and face swelling in the mornings after sleep>> The cpap pressure is 10 and humidifer is set on 4..I have mask nasal pads... The cpapa is stating I have no leaks and receive 100 on over all sleep results....Laugh-a-lot

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

First thing comes to mind, air blowing against the eyes, but don't think that is the problem since you're using nasal pillows and not sure about puffy face either. I suggest see the doctor
