full nights sleep

full nights sleep
In 2 days it will be 3 months on cpap, and still can't get a full nights sleep. I sleep for 3 hours, then see every hour on the alarm till about an hour before I have to get up, then it feels like I could sleep for hours.
In my sleep study my low oxygen was 72, so I know I am doing my body good by doing this, but just want a full nights sleep sometime.
I have played with pressure settings and found 13 to be the best. My Ahi's are usually under .5
I seem to have most of my apneas in the first hour of sleep, and practically none the rest od the night. Is this normal?

sounds like sleep wake junk in the first hour can you post a sleepy head report. You should get some good analysis if you post your stats

What mask are you using and is it comfortable? What about your leak rate? It's really important to get the right mask.

Same for me, got a nasal mask instead of full face, no better, changed settings on machine, no better.

Intending to get an appointment with specialist, maybe another *******
diagnosis along with the three previous ones.

I had little problem sleeping before this performance.

You have my sympathy.
