RE: Question about SH analysis of a rare 0 AHI night
Possum, take a look at your graph. Notice that where there was a brief pause is flow, that there are high amplitude breaths immediately following? It's hard to interpret those as anything but recovery breathing, and while the pause was not scored an apnea, it was in every way except duration, an apnea. It's speculative on my part, but this looks like a sleep stage transition or change in body position between 1:10 and 1:20. Nothing serious, just interesting.
