head, ear, nose, face rubbing scratching and movements

head, ear, nose, face rubbing scratching and movements
I've been filming myself sleeping to gather more info about what I do while asleep, and because I'm still feeling very tired all day. I am a mild Apnea sufferer, and about 5 pounds away from my long time goal of attempting to cure this via weight loss. This is NOT a post looking for opinions about that. This IS a post wondering if anyone else is aware of themselves scratching or rubbing their head, face, nose, ears or lips during the night, as well as lip smacking or what appears to be lips opening and closing (as though chewing), and otherwise being quite restless, without an actual awareness of such events happening? If yes, what helped? Thanks!!

My wife's elbow to the ribs usually cures me from fidgeting.
