If I'm reading this right, in about 1-minute, 20 seconds you went from about 8-cm pressure to your maximum pressure of 12. The apnea are occurring in rapid succession in this image, and the machine does not increase pressure during an apnea event. Notice all increases are between apnea. The machine is working correctly within the limits you have set.

If you don't have clusters of OA like this frequently, you can probably forget about it. This looks like a sleep position issue, and it started and ended pretty quickly. These are all short-duration. The normal way of addressing an issue like this is to increase minimum pressure.
