help for those that have that fuzzy headed feeling after sleep
Position you are in before you fall asleep may have something to do with it.

Ivan says: I know I slept, but I don't remember dreaming. I have this fuzzy headed, lack of concentration, unhappy feeling. And I have a headache you cannot imagine!
