help me interpret my results please!

RE: help me interpret my results please!
I agree that the data is important for new users. In many cases more important.

The caution, though, is to not over-interpret the data, especially when looking at just one or a few night's worth of data. We've seen many newbies pay way too much to the data they collect every time they take a nap.

It's trends in the data that we should pay attention to.

For example, if a new user has a AHI of 15 for the first 7-10 days of use, that's a cause for concern.

On the other hand, if the AHI is 15 for only the first 3-4 days, it may be that it'll soon drop as part of the adaptation process.
