help reading SleepyHead data charts
Hi Friends - Thanks for all the help in teaching me how to upload my data into SleepyHead. I did it. Now, however, I don't seem to be able to upload it so you can help me understand it. I tried Imgur.com - had the right site -but some weird trojan virus popped into my screen.

Now I have emailed to myself the last 7 nights of data. Any ideas on how to post it? Is there any support service where I could forward my emails with the data attached and he or she could upload it to my account here? Happy to pay someone for technical assistance here. I've run out of ideas on how to share the data (tried to just attach it, but it wouldn't load).

My AHI is jumping from a low of 2 to 10 or 11 - trying to figure out why.

Thanks! Jane

Open SleepyHead, Get the data on the screen you want to show, go to view, in the drop down box, click on Take screenshot. Or hit F12. Take note of where the screenshot is stored.

Then when you make a post, you can attach a file, at the bottom of the post. It will let you navigate to the location where the screenshot is located and select it.

Good luck

Mine jumps all over the place too. When you figure it out, let me know.

Hi - When I try to attach a chart to this email, I get a message that "I've exceeded my limit on how much data I can attach." Odd - I'm only trying to send one chart at a time to see if I can upload it.

Suggestions?

Hi Jane,

The attachment feature on the forum software is limited. It only allows for a certain amount of image storage per member.

Instead, I would suggest you use a free outside image hosting system, like imgur.com

Here's a tutorial explaining how to use imgur to host your images, explaining how to post your charts on the forum using the embedded image forum tags:

What I do is go into my profile and under attachments or files (would have to look back) erase files I have used in the past. I think all you can have is 3.

My Profile - Manage Attachments
