home sleep study recommendation after stroke

home sleep study recommendation after stroke
Hi all. I was in the ER this weekend with a stroke. After monitoring for 24+hours they think I have OSA. Oxygen levels dropped consistently into the lower 80s during sleep. Insurance will not pay for a sleep study so I am looking at more affordable home monitoring options. I am looking at 1800CPAP or Singular Sleep. Has anyone utilized either of these? Have an other recommendation for a home sleep study?

I've used Supplier #10 and they seem to be a company to work with.

RE: home sleep study recommendation after stroke
A number of companies have home sleep studies and also offer physician analysis and prescription services. Supplier #30 is another one. I'm sorry your insurance will not cover such a basic need when it may be important to your health. If you find you need CPAP, we can help you find good models at competitive prices as well. Your hospital may be able to document the oxygen desaturations and qualify you for Medicaid funded supplemental oxygen or CPAP.
