What can i make of this sleep study while on apap

What can i make of this sleep study while on apap
I did a sleep study while on apap machine. It says I have fragmented sleep and low rem what can I do about these? Also there are subcriterion respiratory events leading to fragmented sleep. Is this something to do with RERA? What can be done about this. Latest sleep attached too.
