AHI vs Sleep Stages

AHI vs Sleep Stages
My first test for apnea showed that I wasn't getting enough of Stage 3 sleep and just barely meeting REM. AHI 10.1

My 2nd test where they give you a mask I met Stage 3 sleep but was way under in REM. AHI 2.6

I've been on my Airsense 10 Autoset for exactly one month. I felt really good the first 5 days and then I've felt like I did before the cpap. I know, give it time.

My AHI for the past month is .55! I've had 3 nights with 0 events and many nights with just 1 event.

Just really looking for comments on the sleep stages though. Attached are my 2 sleep studies.

Hi calcuttaman,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
Sometimes it can take some time before you notice improvements, hang in there for answers to your questions.
Good luck to you with your CPAP therapy.
