I have a AirSense10. Which I am having trouble getting the right numbers. I tried to use sleepyhead but having trouble downloading the information.

I went to my Dr. and he went to some program on his computer and looked at my information without me giving him the SD card.

Does anybody know what programs he went to?

RE: information
If you haven't already. read the beginners guide to sleepyhead found  here: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...SleepyHead

I'm assuming you already have sleepyhead installed on your computer. You mentioned having trouble downloading the data. You need to remove the SD card from your machine and insert it in the card reader of your computer so sleepyhead can read the data.

I hope this is helpful. Please feel free to ask more questions.

the trouble I am having is taking the information from the computer and putting it on the sleepyhead website.

ResMed's Airview. It is web-based and only health care professionals can get access to it.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

You are suppose to install SleepyHead on your computer, then take the SD card out of your CPAP and insert it into your PC to  import the data.

RE: information
G'day Jerry.

Just to clarify the various software options and how they work:

1. MyAir. Uses a cell-phone built into your machine to send data to Resmed. The summary data can then be viewed on your phone or tablet. It's not a very comprehensive service but gives you the bare bones, as well as a score out of 100 to let you know how you're going. It's not any use for diagnosis or detailed tweaking of your settings.

2. AirView. This is the professional version of MyAir. It allows your doc to access the data from the built-in cell phone and view it in some detail. Resmed will only release this software to medical professionals.

3. ResScan and #SleepyHead. These both do the same thing - read the data from the SD card in your machine and give you detailed displays of your data. ResScan is Resmed's "official" program and SleepyHead was written by a fellow apneac named Mark Watkins. In my view SleepyHead is far superior and is the only one you need. For SleepyHead you need to take the SD card from your machine and insert it into your computer, then click on the "Import data" icon. If your computer doesn't have an SD card slot you will need to get a card reader - these are available at electronics stores and plug into a USB port on your computer.
