issue with airsense 10 bogus usage time

My airsense 10 is only about 6 months old or maybe less but its been reporting inaccurate info for a while. I can easily sleep 8 or 9 hours with it but it keeps reporting times of 20 minutes and sometimes less. I've tried unplugging it to see if it would reset something but no luck. It should be under warranty but I dont want to send it back and be without it for weeks or even a day.

Anyone have a clue what is wrong with it or how to fix it?

G'day mrwhitee. Welcome to Apnea Board.

Can you give us a few more details please? When you say "it keeps reporting" are you referring to the on-machine screen or SleepyHead?

Second, do you sleep during the day? The CPAP "day" starts at 12 noon, and if you use it over that time you can get some non-intuitive results.

Finally, is the internal clock set correctly for your local time?

Also you might find that it is shutting down due to mask removal/large leaks. It might help to turn off smart start/stop

The time clock was wrong. It works fine after changing that.
