last night's results
[attachment=1970]I've been on therapy for half a month and am starting to dig deeper into the data provided by Sleepyhead. I was looking for some assistance from more experienced users of this software. I posted last night's results and was wondering how they looked compared to others you may have seen. Disregard the large leak at the very beginning as that was caused by me.

Thanks !!!

All I can say is "Trade ya". The machine is working hard AND it's working well. leaks are under control also. Keep it like this and you will be doing great!

Looks perfect. How is that 4.0 ramp working out for you? Feel at all short of breath when you start?

By going into the clinician's menu you can change the ramp starting pressure. I changed mine to 8, for 5 minutes, going to my minimum therapy pressure of 9. I chose 8 because I can use it to help inflate the seal on my Wisp mask.
I suggest you try starting at 7 at least, or 8, and minimize your ramp time to 5 or 10 minutes.

It /is/ a comfort setting, so use whatever works for you.

I agree. Either turn Ramp off, or increase the ramp pressure and reduce the ramp time. Other than that, looks great.

RE: last night's results
so last night I ate and drank at a Christmas party, got home after 1am, and had the puppy jump into bed with me. To me, these were all indications of a crappy night's sleep. Woke up almost 7 hours later with AHI of ZERO ! I am certainly happy, but seriously starting to question the validity of these #s. Perhaps increasing the ramp pressure to 8 for 15 minutes helped. It was previously set to 4 and AUTO.

doesn't a flat line like these indicate an issue?
