looks like I'll be trying the P10
OK, Payton, no remarks! I'm not defecting from the Mirage Quattro camp.
I'm having some minor eye surgery -- very minor as the eyelashes are abrading my left cornea; and the eyelid must be worked on.
That will mean no mask seal in nasal bridge area. So, I'll try a P10. I wonder if it will fit my size 8 helmet?
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
Ouch! How long will you be out of commission?
Best of luck!
Note:You got to watch that Payton. . . He's a slick one.
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
Just a fact, The Amara View is a FFM (more of a hybrid) that has nothing on the bridge of the nose.
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
I'll likely only need the P10 for a week or two. Unless, I say: Why didn't I go over to the dark side of the force long ago?
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
Resistance is futile!
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
I was just going to say that!

LOL ok I have to steal that...
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
LOL!!!!!!!!
I really do like the P10, it's just that every now and then, my nostrils get slightly irritated, sometimes almost like chapped lips, but more often I'll get a pimple just inside (which is nothing new due to the CPAP, I've always had that happen from time to time)
So I try to stay with the P10. If my nostrils get irritated, I'll drop back to the Wisp. If I have a cold or am otherwise too congested for a nasal device, I'll suffer through the night with the Quattro (and wake up every half hour with cold air blowing into my eyes)
Amara View on order!
RE: looks like I'll be trying the P10
I loooovvvvee the P10.
Its true, the nose tips can be irritated a little but it is better than having force 10 gales blasting my face with the FFM and farting leaks waking me up when I least expect it.
A few nights ago I had a full stretch of 9 hours solid sleep with my P10 and even any masks off is minimal compared to the FFM.
