mask leaks vs max pressure

mask leaks vs max pressure
I am very sensitive to mask leaks, even very small leaks -  the slightest breeze on my face seems to wake me up.
My AHI's are excellent, rarely more than 3 events per night, but most of the sleep is considered "light". Deep sleep seems to suffer the most with less than 1/2 hour per night (it was 1 hour pre cpap).

I know that I can reduce leaks by reducing the max pressure. So I reduced max pressure from 11.6 to 10.0 for the past 4 days. AHI's did not increase, in fact were zero for 3 of the 4 days and .1 last night.

I can see from the pressure charts in OSCAR that reducing the max pressure did not impact the median pressure, just reduced the 95% and 99% pressures to my max setting of 10.

I've attached a screen shots before and after.

my question is ... will this reduction in max pressure come back and bite me when I least expect it?

thanks

RE: mask leaks vs max pressure
As long as your numbers remain good and your comfort remains or increases you are good. Feel free to try another drop.
If it " bites you" in the future the fix is equally easy.
