Now can you look at the bottom of the blower after you remove the water tank and tell us the exact model number. It could be 260, 460, 560, 760, 960 with letters before and after all the characters are important in identifying your machine so we can provide relevant advice.

The Same is true of your mask, there are hundreds of nasal masks, which one are you using?

How exactly are you determining your AHI and leaks, from the screen on your Phillips machine or your personal computer and software (which software)?

It said 560D is the model number and the data comes from the screen on the machine. The software I an assuming is SleepMapper. The mask I am using is a ResMed Mirage FX.
