new b here.. strange apnea attack experinces
RE: new b here.. strange apnea attack experinces
He had what he described as heartburn for a few days ... but bad enough he stayed home from work. Despite several friends, colleagues, and family strongly urging him to see a doctor, he didn't. He described several symptoms - by themselves innocuous things we all ignore - but combined didn't sound like benign aches and pains. I found his body on day four.

There is a normal state of sleep where the brain hasn't fully reattached to the stem and your body will feel paralyzed, and you are unable to speak, etc. Normal stuff, and usually scares the bejesus out of people who experience it (frozen in fear comes to mind). Again, a normal pattern of the brain keeping you from thrashing about while dreaming. Hallucinations are common (dreamstate at work). It sounds like that is what you are experiencing... be aware some people who have these events go off the alien abduction cliff. No aliens are required for this normal biological functioning.

But because of a minuscule risk something else happening - see a real doctor. If it is sleep related they can fix it; if it is something else; well they can probably fix that, too. In a month, you may not have the option.
