"new" centrals.

RE: "new" centrals.
those 2 are post aeousal, the first does sho CO2 characteristics, the second not.

your number last night are where you go by comfort first and numbers only if higher.
You have no need to lower PS any more, Yor FL went up slightly, still great but a slight increase so id stay with PS=4 for a while simply because 1 night does not make a trend and remember that central are consistently inconsistent.
If you want wait a week then try Trigger=high and see which setting feels better.

Maybe try this a few days and see what trends you get. Post an OSCAR and tell us how you're feeling. If there's a next adjustment, I'm thinking High Trigger.

RE: "new" centrals.
You two are absolutely freakin awesome.  I feel so much better today.  Fatigue I've been having the past almost 10 months is ALMOST non-existent today.  I just attributed it to post covid fatigue.  Thank you guys so very much!!!!  I'll post in a few days how things are going, but I'm sure they'll be great.
Have a great rest of the weekend, and hopefully your teams are winning today.  Especially if they're the Steelers (fan till I'm 6 feet under.) LOL.

                                                                                                               Thank you again,
