Supposedly the below quote tells you what to push to enter the S11 Clinical Menu
"When you get to the main screen there are two on screen buttons. Touch and hold both to get into the clinical menu."

i figured out how to go into clinician mode, you hold down the two big buttons on the screen and it goes into clinician menu,

press the two large lcd buttons at the same time hold 5 second the menu will appear
