Another possibility. Not knowing what your problem with the high pressure is could be the EPAP. If your problem is the transition from EPAP (exhalation pressure) to IPAP (inhalation pressure) a couple of things might help. One is to make sure that Easy Breathe is turned on if your machine has that feature and it is selectable. I think Easy Breathe really works well. Another would be to either raise your EPAP or reduce your IPAP slightly.
