not feeling fresh and energetic ..please help

RE: not feeling fresh and energetic ..please help
What mask are you using? This graph shows a high leak rate thoughout the night.
When you experience alot of leaks, the machine may not be able to detect apnea events, and that would make your lower AHI on a minimum pressure of 4 suspect.

I still recommend slowly raising the minimum closer to your 90% pressure to bring down the obstructives.

I don't see a problem using EPR for now, unless we would see an increase in clear airway events, then it could be changed.  Your comfort is first.

Follow SleepRiders advice on a minimum of 8 and watch this for awhile, and then we can take a look and make further adjustments.

Do watch you leak rate.  Do you feel it's from your mask, or are you mouth breathing?

That alone could cause the symptoms you're reporting.

Tips:
If you're not already doing so, try sleeping on your side to reduce obstructive events. For a number of people, this has reduced obstructive events considerably.
Additionally, some folks have discovered that tucking the chin towards the chest may make apneas and hypopneas worse. A cervical collar or small pillow to keep the head and neck more relaxed and open may reduce apneas, too.
