new ResMed machine and ResScan software issue
Hi all!
My hubby (D) was just diagnosed with OSA. He was prescribed with a new ResMed Autoset 10 machine and full face mask. The first night we realized all he gets in the morning is a time and a smiley face for data on the machine, so we started trying to figure out how to get access to the data.
First I signed up for MyAir - but from looking at the second night's data (first night wasn't available because we hadn't signed up yet) there wasn't a whole lot available. So, we found this site, got the link for the ResScan program and installed it. However, when we tried using the card from the machine it claims it is incompatible with my built-in SD card reader (1 year old PC running Windows 10 home). We'd like to have data access, but we need to stay in compliance with his doctor too, so we can't change anything that would screw up their ability to get his data (which we were told will happen automatically by wifi). What can we do?
Thanks!
