You might get rid of it if you purge all the oximetry data under Data->Advanced->Purge Oximetry Data-> Current Days
I'm not sure that will do it, but it's all I can think of. There used to be (and may still be) an issue that also deleted the CPAP data for the day. If that happens, you should re-import your CPAP data and it will fill in the missing data. Also let us know if we still need to fix that issue.

Right-click on the Pressure title on the left. Select Plots and then make sure both Pressure and EPAP are elected.

Is she clicking on the far left, in Details, or the title on the left side of the graph? It should be the graph title.

The image is small but, if you look on the left side under the Details, it seems that the IPAP and EPAP are the same pressure. That means both plots are on top of each other.
To verify, turn off the Pressure plot on the graph. The plot should change color. Just remember to turn it back on.
