Conversely I have a huge head and the "for him" one is still super tight, caused sores in my nose in 3 nights I'm only now free of 3 weeks later lol.
"one size fits all" isn't always true. Definitely try the different pillow sizes too.

I wish they made a P10 pillow bigger than large. I'm starting to think the large is too small for my oinker holes.

Maybe put a clothes pin on your nose to make it smaller?
