New here with Extreme Apnea

RE: New here with Extreme Apnea
Paula02, Your explanation of how it all works really helped me. Of course I understood that the muscles relaxing in sleep caused an obstruction, but you added a lot of depth to my understanding. Do you think that learning to play that wind instrument (I forget the name) would help? It's supposed to build up the lazy muscles. My AHI is 57 and would like to do something to get it lower, but have heard too many bad things about the surgery to give that a try. I'm looking around for something non-surgical, but probably grasping for straws. Sleepytimegal
