is this correct?

RE: poor results
Nope! This is one-hour and Needs the flow rate chart with the inhale exhale wave form.  Here is a quick example, and don't worry about the charts on minute vent, tidal volume etc, just set it up like before, but zoomed.

Last hour readings
Hello

Now using full mask , almost leaks and good AHI numbers.  Last night woke after 6 hours, AHI 5.  Put mask back on and sort of slept for additional hour.

Final reading for 7 hours of over 10.  This almost seems impossible.  Implies an AHI of 40 for last hour.

That’s higher than my untreated numbers.

Struggling to trust these data.

RE: Last hour readings
If you download free OSCAR software (link at top of page) you will be able to see exactly what's going on throughout the night. Right now you don't have much data. You can post data in the forum to get help from experienced users. See the links below for how to organize and post your data.

RE: Last hour readings
Here is last night's data.  Very frustrated.  I have no leaks with the full mask but poor results on AHI.  Is it pressure settings?

RE: Last hour readings
Note that as soon as the ramp ends the pressure rapidly increases to your max pressure. You need both a higher minimum and max pressure. To be conservative, I suggest a min pressure of 9 or 10 and a max of 20. The machine will not go to 20 unless it's required. It's obvious that a pressure of 15 is not preventing events. Keep EPR at 3. Your events are clustered which indicates you are probably tucking your chin to your chest. This can be corrected with a soft cervical collar. Elimination of chin tucking may reduce your pressure requirement. . Ramp isn't helping you. I suggest you turn it of unless the immediate pressure of 9 0r 10 is uncomfortable.  Try these changes and post again, In you next post please arrange the charts to show flow limitations rather than mask pressure. See the link below for how data should be organized.

RE: Last hour readings
No. We want to see the statistics and machine settings in the left side panel as they displayed in your first post. What we want to see is the flow limit chart instead of the mask pressure chart. you can move it up by left clicking the char title (flow limit) and dragging it up. You will need to drag the mask pressure down below the area that displays on the screen shot.
